  1. Lifetime Warranty ($59)
  2. Two-Year Warranty ($39)

What Our Warranty Covers:

Our warranties provide peace of mind by covering the following:

  • Replacement of Damaged Items: Coverage for products that experience normal wear and tear or are found to be defective. This includes issues such as malfunctioning solar panels or LED components.
  • Shipping Issues: Products that are damaged, lost or stolen during the shipping process or delayed over 30 days from time of fulfillment.

 

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:

Our warranties do not cover damages resulting from:

  • Direct Abuse or Misuse: Such as smashing, drilling into, or intentional damage beyond normal use (e.g., submerging solar lights in water if not designed for underwater use).
  • Environmental Extremes: Damage caused by exposure to extreme weather conditions beyond the product's specified tolerance levels.
  • Improper Installation: Issues arising from incorrect setup or alteration not in accordance with provided instructions.

How Bright and Warm Are Your Lights?

Our lights are between 3 and 5 lumens.

They offer dim light to give off a perfect aura without disrupting the neighbors or blinding anyone.

The temperature is 3000 Kelvins which gives off a nice warm look. (not white)

How Long Will The Product Last?

We have hundreds of customers that have reported their lights are working despite harsh weathers after 2-3+ years!
How Long Does The Product Hold Charge?

Just 5 hours of daylight typically charges your solar lights for +10 hours. They turn on automatically when it gets dark and there are switches on the back to turn off.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
